INVESTMENT CONSULTING AND PROJECTS LTD. CONSULTORIAS INVERSIONES Y PROYECTOS, CIP LTDA, project structure, is a firm of consulting services specializing in technical, financial and legal development especially infrastructure projects, in order to make possible and carry out a process of bonding and contracting between a public and private.

Born on May 27, 1997 as a result of the country's changing needs and developments in infrastructure projects. His beginnings were focused on developing processes especially concessional assistance and APP, starting with port processes and following the road and television concessions.

This process allowed and determined the development and strengthening of an experience that cemented the foundation for new and increasingly complex field of counseling, consulting and development process of project structuring and expert advice for the public sector.

CIP has contributed to the structuring, consulting and evaluation of high-impact projects for more than 4 billion pesos, which are now realities or are in progress in sectors such as land, sea and river, water, waste management and general infrastructure projects, allowing development to design alternatives that are specified in engineering works and general infrastructure.

CIP has been developed in the structuring of infrastructure projects to public agencies at national, departmental and municipal levels and export their services to countries like Peru and Panama.
